In a magnificent position overlooking all the changing patterns of the sea and the marshes is a former granary, now fine apartments. The exterior has been left true to the original building, even retaining the large gantry. We are delighted to offer a third floor apartment, which has a lift from the ground floor, providing easy access for those with mobility problems. The spacious flat has amazing views across the coast and is well appointed in a comfortable, minimalist style. Just open the curtains to enjoy the sea views. Shop: 100 yards Pub: within walking distance.

Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops.

The location of this property is excellent. The free car parking is also an asset in Wells. All the local amenities are on the doorstep but it is a really quiet apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole property is very comfortable The lack of WiFi and washing machine are the only considerations. I would not hesitate to book again.
First class location, very well prepared, well furnished and equipped, good car parking. We have stayed here three times and booked for 2022 before the end of the holiday. Norfolk cottages provide an excellent service.
