Just a few moments’ walk away from the spectacular quayside and estuary, 3 Smugglers Cove is a first-floor apartment, wrapped in a palette of soft coastal colours that offers spacious accommodation, contemporary living, light-filled rooms and is a great retreat for a family or couples’ holiday at any time of the year. The main bedroom is a comfortable king size bed and the twin room has elegant iron bedsteads. Located in a secluded, modern development of 2 houses and 4 apartments, set in its own landscaped private surroundings, there is also a spacious ground floor enclosed courtyard that is shared with the other properties. It is a suntrap, and each apartment has table and chairs for their own use. Unusually for a Wells property in such a central position, there is off street parking – a real bonus. The town has numerous shops, award winning pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property and one of the best beaches on the north Norfolk coast, which you can walk to in ten minutes or jump in the car and be there in no time at all. Wells-next-the-Sea is a lively coastal town on the north Norfolk coast. With its fine, sandy beach, iconic beach huts and bordered by pine woodlands, it offers a playground for young and old alike, there is even a small gauge railway that will take you down to the beach if you don’t fancy the stroll. At the harbour you can see the small fishing fleet unload its daily catch and the quayside is also popular with children, fishing for crabs. There is an eclectic variety of boutique shops, cafés, pubs and tea rooms to browse, with not a chain store in sight and The Buttlands is a lovely part of the town with a tree-lined green, fine Georgian houses, pubs and restaurant. Fishing trips, sailing, tennis, a swimming pool and fitness centre and the Wells to Walsingham Light Railway are all within easy reach and for something totally unique, why not take an Alpaca for a walk across the marshes! Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with the North Norfolk Coastal path running directly through the town, you may not wish to wander far. If you do, other delights near to hand include Holkham Hall and Estate, Burnham Market and its sister villages and gorgeous coastal villages such as Brancaster, Cley-next-the-Sea and Stiffkey, to name just a few.


Amazing location and car parking on site which we found was quite rare for Wells but vital for our trip as we had 2 little kiddies. The standard inside was beautiful, comfortable and included everything we needed. We would 100% recommend and we will be back!

We had a lovey last minute break away in Wells. This apartment was very well positioned and benefited from two parking spaces. It was very clean and although much smaller than other properties we have stayed in in Wells fairly it suited us this time. It was good value for money. It was very tastefully decorated and seemed to be very newly refurbished.
