Beach Hut 82 (The Den) is mid-way along the stretch of huts that grace the stunning wide open sandy beach at Wells-next-the-Sea. The hut is smart both inside and out, very well equipped with a small kitchen, and bench seating with cupboards underneath stocking everything you need to make your daily visit to the beach the very best of times. Sit on the veranda, watch the tide come and go and the world pass by, make yourself something hot to eat or drink, just sit and stare. There are chairs, cooking equipment, a water container (a tap is close by), as well as plenty of toys and games.
You do not have to be staying in one of our holiday cottages to book The Den. It is available for weekly rental only. Bookings available all year.
Please note: The beach hut cannot be used for sleeping in overnight. The Den does not qualify under our Cancellation Protection Scheme and if cancelled an administration charge of £20.00 applies.

We absolutely loved having the beach hut. It made our holiday a wonderful family experience that we all hope we will do it again next year :)Mrs Pat Tarttelin - 4th July 2017
Superb beach hut, very well presented.Mr R Fielder - 6th September 2015
This is a lovely beach hut and we will definitely rebook when we return to Norfolk. Excellent furnishings and a lovely addition to those more windy days on the beach when it's nice to have some shelter.Mr P Johnston - 21st August 2015
Very beautiful location....so relaxing with beach hut and deck chairs provided. We often had picnics and lots of happy cups of tea admiring the view. The children loved all the bats and balls, boules etc. Hut very well equipped and homely. Very good stove. Lovely!! It made our holiday!!Mr D Balfour - 10th August 2015
The property was just what we needed when we were at the beach with two young kids. It was clean and very well equipped with games and cooking equipment. We will be booking it again next year.Mr P Murdock - 19th July 2015
