Wells-next-the-Sea is a hub for North Norfolk coastal activities. The picturesque harbour leads onto the most spectacular beach beyond the lifeboat shed, which can be accessed by walking or taking the narrow-gauge railway or car. The town has many old buildings, along with a traditional main street with all sorts of small shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants.  The beautiful coast is a top destination for bird watchers and seal trip excursions, not forgetting catching crabs, the local favourite activity. With the spectacular country estates of Sandringham, Holkham and Blickling just a short drive away, Wells provides year round enjoyment for all ages.

Convenient for Coast hopper bus towards Cromer, 100m walk to nearest bus stop, about the same distance as to nearest supermarket. Accommodation worked well for three generation party of six.

Mr E,

Mrs C,

A lovely, comfortable home with everything we needed. An easy walk into town and lots of attractions and beautiful walks and drives nearby.

Mrs L,

Great location .house comfortable but a little dated. Beds very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need.

Mrs B,

The property is conveniently located close to the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea, it is well appointed and decorated, a home from home, enjoyed greatly by my family.

Mr S,

We found the property to be very convenient for the town and we were able easily to walk to shops, pubs and places of interest. It was also convenient for driving out of the town when we exploring further afield. It was roomy, plenty of space for us all.

Mrs W,
