Description

A beautifully presented and stylish cottage with design led interiors that invites you to make yourself at home as soon as you step through the front door. The elegant, open plan living room features a wood burner for cooler days and a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker, just the spot for cooking up some of Norfolk’s local produce. Upstairs, the bedrooms are exquisitely finished, cosy and comfortable. Indulge yourself with a lie in and listen to the morning birdsong. There is a two-tiered garden to the rear of the cottage, dine outside on the lower level and relax in the sun on the top lawn, on warmer days. The newly opened Suffield Arms is within walking distance and in the heart of the village you will find a good local shop and another pub. The east coast beaches are just a few miles away, many of which have Blue Flag status, notably Cromer to the north with its iconic pier and Mundesley to the east. The tranquil setting, with walks on the doorstep, takes you away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life and can be enjoyed year-round in this gorgeous cottage. Southrepps is an attractive village in a rural location with two good pubs, a village shop and within easy reach of many of the regions Blue Flag beaches, none of which are more than a 20-minute journey by car. With local walks directly from the door and within easy reach of both Paston Way, Weavers Way and the Bittern Line Ramble, there is much to explore on foot. If cycling is your thing, it is easy to tap into the Quiet Lanes Explorer trail which runs through this part of the county, and for historian buffs the National Trusts' Felbrigg Estate and Blickling Hall should not be missed. There is plenty to entertain the younger generation too with a Magic Kingdom at North Walsham, a zoo at Cromer and a Playbarn at Mundesley to name just a few, whilst the whole family can enjoy the experience of the steam train era at the Bure Valley Railway in Aylsham to the south, which will take you to The Broads, or The Poppy Line Railway in Sheringham to the north, which runs to the elegant Georgian town of Holt.
