Southrepps is an attractive village in a rural location with a good pub, village shop and within easy reach of the coastal resort of Cromer and the sandy beaches and villages of the east coast. With local walks directly from the door and within easy reach of both Paston Way, Weavers Way and the Bittern Line Ramble, there is much to explore on foot. If cycling is your thing, it is easy to tap in to the Quiet Lanes Explorer trail which runs through this part of the county and for historian buffs the National Trusts' Felbrigg Estate and Blickling Hall should not be missed. There is plenty to entertain the younger generation too with a Magic Kingdom at North Walsham, a zoo at Cromer and a Playbarn at Mundesley to name just a few, whilst the whole family can enjoy the experience of the steam train era at the Bure Valley Railway in Aylsham to the south, which will take you to The Broads or The Poppy Line Railway in Sheringham to the north, which runs to the elegant Georgian town of Holt.

A really wonderful cottage and a magnificent garden. We have stayed in a lot of cottages and found this one first class. The beds were so comfy and all supplies well catered for. And yes, we would go back again and recommend it to other holiday makers . Mr Ray Neal - 18th September 2018
A beautiful converted barn, luxurious, spacious and with a fantastic garden. Excellent location for easy access to the coast and many other places of interest. mr KEITH McPHERSON - 10th September 2018

We've all had a lovely holiday here in Norfolk - (including George the Schnauzer, who didn't want to go home) The barn is amazing, I would love love to live here and also let us know if you ever intend to sell up!! Would definitely come and stay at Keys Barn again. Many thanks. The Miller Party - 10th September 2016
Delightful accommodation, with everything one could wish for and a little bit more! I'm not sure if we actually christened the barbecue, but we certainly gave it a workout - the weather and evenings were fantastic. The Knowles Family - 3rd September 2016
The property was fabulous - it was beyond expectationsMr michael wood - 22nd August 2016
The perfect holiday - Beautiful weather and of cause the wonderful barn. My favourite feature of the garden was the vegetable plot. I prepared a potato salad, which tasted particularly delicious eating it alfresco on the lovely patio. The Wood Party - 20th August 2016
We have had a wonderful week here at Keys Barn with our two dogs and six year old daughter. We particularly enjoyed Amazona Zoo, Seal trip at Blakeney and Cromer beach. 5* accommodation and really comfortable beds. The dogs really enjoyed the garden too...... Many many thanks.Shelly, Jamie & Bronte - 13th August 2016
We have enjoyed a wonderful week at Keys Barn. The property is situated in a very peaceful location and we found it to be ideally situated to explore the area within North Norfolk. The barn itself is beautiful and the extensive outside space was greatly appreciated by us all - possibly most of all by Harvey (our dog.) The facilities you have provided are first rate and are a reflection of the thought and effort you have made to ensure your guests are more than comfortable. The welcome basket was also a very nice and highly appreciated gesture. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Norfolk so pleasurable.Sue, Jo, Karen...... & Harvey! - 16th July 2016

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and totally relaxing stay in your beautiful barn. It has been a real retreat for us. We have certainly had everything we could ever need here and more! Your attention to detail is second to none and the lovely flowers for our arrival a very warm and welcoming gesture. Also the tea, coffee and tasty biscuits were most appreciated.
