Augusta Court is a spacious, detached, newly renovated, comfortable and modern home in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sheringham, only minutes from the beach and all the town has to offer. Inside you will find a range of facilities and comforts that will allow you to make the very best of your stay. Outside there is a secluded garden with a deck and a barbecue for alfresco dining. This lovely property is the perfect base from which to explore both Sheringham and north Norfolk. Off road parking for two vehicles and the excellent public transport means you don't have to use your car if that's what you choose. There is a regular train service into Norwich via Cromer and the Poppy Line Steam Trains provide an idyllic way to visit Holt and the stops in between. Sheringham is a thriving seaside resort on the popular north Norfolk coast that has something to offer all year round. Tennis, golf, sea fishing, the beach, its own Little Theatre and the National Trust's Sheringham Park are just some of the local attractions. The famous Poppy Line Steam Railway runs from the town centre to the elegant Georgian town of Holt, with its numerous boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearby coastal footpath takes you to Cromer in the east and Salthouse and beyond to the west. Ornithologists would enjoy a trip to the marshes and Norfolk Wildlife Trust centre at Cley-next-the-Sea, whilst visits to see the seal colony at Blakeney Point can be taken from either Blakeney or Morston quays.

This is our second stay in the property, it is furnished and decorated to extremely high standard, the location is excellent and there are two designated parking spaces. Friends visited during our stay and they wanted to move in. We are already planning when we can book again.
