Sheringham is a thriving seaside resort on the popular north Norfolk coast that has something to offer all year round. Golf, sea fishing, the beach, leisure centre, its own Little Theatre and the National Trust's Sheringham Park are just some of the local attractions, with tennis and squash available in nearby Cromer. This is also a great part of the coast to explore for nature lover's, ornithologists and walkers alike, with the national coastal path close by, the bird centre at Cley-next-the-Sea and the seal colony at Blakeney Point. The famous Poppy line Railway will take you to the lovely town of Holt with its mix of art galleries, shops, cafes and pubs and the mainline train to Norwich, gives access to the abundant cultural delights of the city, which makes for a great day out.
