Elegant, super-comfy and seriously luxurious are phrases that come to mind when thinking about this delightful holiday home by the sea, as one guest review put it "perfect house, perfect location, just minutes to the beach and shops". Everything in the house has been thought about to give you a great stay, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax, two televisions so that all the family can enjoy all their favourite programmes, fireplaces to gather round on colder days, a fully stocked toy cupboard, sink-into sofas throughout the house, cosy beds for sleepy heads, baths and showers a-plenty, a sunny south facing garden for barbeques and you are welcomed to The Lawns with a bountiful hamper, showcasing local produce, for which Norfolk is justifiably famous. Should you run out of things to do or just want to try out a new skill, the owner is also happy to arrange a floristry or cookery course during your stay. Shop/Pub: all within easy walking distance

Sheringham is an old fishing town, now a charming seaside destination that is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning Blue Flag beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. There is an assortment of shops, restaurants, tea rooms, a twice weekly market, plus a theatre and the excellent Sheringham golf course. The North Norfolk railway starts from Sheringham, take a ride into nearby Holt, or Cromer and then onto Norwich. The coastal path leads from the town, and in each direction it climbs the cliffs from where the beautiful Norfolk landscape unfolds.
A comfortable and beautifully presented property. The property was well located, comfortable and beautifully presented.
