Sharrington is a pretty, rural North Norfolk village on the edge of the Glaven Valley. It’s three miles west of the elegant and popular Georgian town of Holt, which offers excellent shopping in individual boutiques, art and antique galleries and is home to the annual Holt Festival, showcasing music and the arts. The village has a church – All Saints, part of which dates to the 13th century. Whilst there is no village shop, the cottage is 1 mile from the local garage and convenience shop. A short walk away is Sharrington Strawberries, which sells strawberries, asparagus and fresh produce during the season. Nearby villages host several good pubs and restaurants including The Blue Bell at Langham, The Wiveton Bell at Wiveton and The King's Head at Letheringsett, all offering great food and a warm welcome.  Just a short drive away is the award winning farm shop and Café, “Back to The Garden” and nearby Bayfield Hall is a lovely spot for some antique hunting and hosts a farmer's market on the third Saturday of each month.

Very good location to get around this part of Norfolk, on good days the front of the area at the front of the property is lovely. The cottage is great only proviso would be access to upstairs bedrooms requires some agility, there is a nice one downstairs.
