Treat a group of friends or family to a tranquil getaway in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This bright and spacious, three-bed, brick and flint property features a conservatory, and an enclosed garden with a summerhouse and a BBQ. Spend your day spotting wildlife at the nearby nature reserves, relaxing on the beach and strolling along the coastal paths.

Step inside the neutral-toned lounge to find two comfortable sofas and an armchair around the ornamental fireplace and TV, with plenty of room for your four-legged friends to stretch out on the floor by your feet. Glass doors lead to the sunny conservatory with more soft seating plus a small bistro table. Continue into the homely farmhouse-style kitchen with warm tones and shaker-style cabinets. Completing the ground floor is a utility room and a separate WC. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a king-size. Outside is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, summerhouse, furniture and a BBQ.

During your stay in the quiet village of Langham, you’ll have a convenient pub within 0.5 miles. Visit the nearby coastal village of Blakeney (2.5 miles) to discover the BPAW Creeks of Norfolk nature reserve (3 miles) and the North Norfolk Coast Path which can take you west to reach Morston (2 miles). From here, there are boat trips for spotting seals, or the other direction will lead you to Cley next the Sea (4 miles). The impressive grounds of Holkham Estate are 7 miles away – home to the expansive, sandy Holkham Beach (9.5 miles), a lake, a stately home with a museum and a nature reserve.

Our stay at Avocet house was very comfortable. We particularly liked the quiet cul-de-sac position and only 2 miles away from the coast at Blakeney, so very convenient .

A very luxurious house to visit, we enjoyed our peaceful break very much. We'll enclosed garden, extremely well equipped kitchen and a great feeling of space and tranquility. Would happily visit again!

The property is well located for all North Norfolk area, in a very quiet village only 5 min drive to Coast, ideal for exploring the more smaller places to visit along this part of coast. The house was excellent in every way, comfortable, well maintained and would highly recommend.
