This family friendly self-catering accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing staycation. The Stables is a delightful, dog friendly, single-story cottage sleeping 4 guests. One of five properties that make up The Grove, a small group of Grade II listed buildings in a quiet and exclusive setting. The large and contemporary sitting room with vaulted ceiling provides a welcoming space to unwind and put your feet up after long days exploring North Norfolk. The open plan kitchen dining area is well appointed, bright and again boasts a vaulted ceiling. With two beautifully styled bedrooms with exposed flint wall showing charm and character of the Grade II listing are separated by the Jack & Jill bathroom, making this the ideal property for families. Outside there is a paved rear garden great for alfresco dining and a sunny, south facing patio to the front of the property to enjoy a morning cuppa or evening sundowner. This property welcomes two, small, well behaved dogs so there’s no need to leave your four-legged friends at home! Shop/Pub: 1 mile

Holt is a popular town on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café's, pubs and restaurants. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham on a diesel or steam train. Just a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sailing, seal watching and vast sandy beaches. The coastal villages of Blakeney for seal trips and Cley for bird watching are just five miles away. A little further along the coast road is the current home of the Earl of Leicester, Holkham Hall, which hosts numerous events throughout the year. Colourful beach huts decorate the vast sands at Wells-next-the Sea and Holkham beach is the chosen beach of the ‘Household Cavalry’ who can be seen galloping along whilst taking a well-earned break in the summer.
