Great location on a quiet road and only a short walk to main high street and the shops. The cottage has the advantage of off road parking with room for one car and a private and secluded garden space to the side. The interior has been renovated to a high standard with good facilities. Well situated for days out to local towns, villages and attractions. A really enjoyable stay.

Ms H,

We stayed at Holly Tree Cottage for one week and loved it! Immaculately clean , furnished to a very high standard and perfect location. Our children and dog loved it too! Everything we needed and was so cosy, couldn’t fault anything. Plus Added bonus of off street parking and lovely courtyard area. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Mrs H,

Everything about the cottage was perfect. All top quality furnishings and excellent location. Very clean accommodation with a secure garden for our little dog, and a huge plus for Holt, parking! Whats not to love?! Would definitely recommend .

Mrs E,

Excellent location very near all the shops and takeaways and also for coastal visits. Excellent facilities and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend.

Mr P,

The cottage was well situated for the town. The decor inside and out of the cottage is to a high standard. We all had a great time and felt sad to leave.

Mrs S,

We had a lovely time in the cottage which was ideally located within walking distance of the wonderful local shops. But was also very quiet as was located in a delightful little lane, the cottage is decorated to a high standard and makes you feel welcome upon entry as was very homely. This was our first visit to Norfolk and after staying in Holt at the Holly tree cottage it will definitely not be the last.

Mr H,

Lovely house in a great location for Holt and the surrounding area. Very clean and well looked after.

Mrs A,

Fantastic cottage located very close to all the amenities of Holt. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and was clean and welcoming. We spent a lovely week here and were sad to leave. We will be back!

Mr F,

The property was perfect. Everything done to a high standard and very clean. The one tiny draw back was that the bed was a double, and when you’re used to a king, so this felt very small. But it’s not a reason to not stay there, I would still rebook.

Mrs B,
