WOW..... We were absolutely thrilled to arrive to a lit Christmas tree and such a beautifully decorated cottage. This must have taken hours to trim the cottage and believe me it could not have been more appreciated by us.
Everything was lovely. We were not able to figure out how the fire in the sitting room worked but we warm enough so it didn't matter. Would highly recommend this property.
A very clean and comfortable cottage, well positioned for Holt and with its own parking (essential in Holt).
The quality of everything in the house was first class and it had a lot of character thanks to finishing touches from the owner. It really was a home from home
Lovely cottage with all amenities you could need. Great base for exploring the area!
Excellent property and extremely convenient to visit all the delights of Holt and surrounding area.
Great property. Superb location. We loved the fact that we could walk out the door and be in the centre of Holt in minutes where there are lots of independent shops cafe's and eateries. Great dog walk from the cottage to Spout Hill Common which I did each day after discovering it. And within a few minutes in the car you are at the beautiful coast. The cottage is tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Good living space and outdoor area. I would definitely recommend it and would love to make a return visit.
Lovely house which is very well situated for popping into the centre of Holt or taking the dog for a walk. Loved Holt, visited some beautiful beaches. Will be back!
