This modern townhouse in Holt is a lovely get-away and the owners have equipped the house well for all generations. Recently refurbished there is plenty of space for the family to enjoy with a well equipped kitchen, living room and conservatory dining room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with the addition of a small bedroom that has been put together specifically for a toddler. A sunny courtyard garden with a barbecue is a good spot for outside eating in the summer. With a playpark moments from the house and just a short stroll into Holt itself, this quietly located house will make a super base for a happy holiday. Shops/Pub: within walking distance
