Lovely little cottage, very clean. A tad chilly but warmed up once heating clicked on. Comfy beds and sofa.

Mrs M,

Excellent location, well equipped. Particularly impressed with the efforts made by the owners to have printed instructions/explanations at every relevant point throughout the property.

Mr B,

The cottage was the best equipped for cooking that we have experienced - outside furniture for both dining and relaxing made for a wonderfully chilled holiday . Everything was of good quality and the cottage was very comfortable. Being within easy walking distance of charming Holt was great and with easy access to lovely coastal areas for walking and birdwatching - a truly relaxing holiday.

Mrs O,

Apple Tree Cottage is very clean comfortable and well equipped. The stairs may be a little steep for some and it’s approximately a 10 minute walk into Holt via an underpass.

Mr B,
