The property was amazing. Looks even better in real life. We all had such a brilliant stay and would highly recommend. We were a big group of couples, kids, babies and a dog and this place had everything we needed. We visited Wells-next-the-Sea which was a 15 min drive and the property also provided some beach games. Most of our time was spent at the property. So much space and two massive tables which is great for meal times. We all gathered round the kitchen table for breakfast time and used the dinning table for dinners. If this is the location you're after then you won't be disappointed staying at this place.

Miss Samantha J,

The decking outside the kitchen needs a good power wash... one of the children in our party slipped over on it, but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fantastically well equipped otherwise & absolutely huge! We had a wonderful holiday!

Mrs A M,

The owners are wonderfully generous in the the way the kitchen is equipped, the dog towels, beach towels, games for the children and the offer to harvest fruit and veg. We The beds, linen and towels are of remarkable quality and the entire property is kept to a very very high standard

Ms D K,

Oh what a delight to spend a week in a barn that provides such comfort and living space. Twelve of us, plus 2 dogs - cooked well, slept well all week and undertook splendid outings everyday. Thank you for your thoughtful appointment of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom - not to mention fruit and veg.

The K Party,

A special place to stay for all the family. Lovely barn with so much space for my wife and I along with all 3 daughters and their families.. oh and the dog. North Norfolk is a lovely area to explore and with the weather being extremely kind to us, we have had a special holiday, taking back many memories. This is our third year doing big family holidays in this country, Somerset, Cornwall and now Norfolk, and finding a suitable home to stay can be challenging as we are all rather particular... But this has been the top! Will definitely look at staying again.

The C Family,

We are so glad we chose to stay here ! We've had an amazing time with all the family enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Fabulous rooms, lots of space - exploring, playing croquet and just relaxing ! The firepit/BBQ was great and we loved watching the hares on the grass under the tree.

Sarah S,

Beautiful property, amazing standard of cleanliness and appliances. Had a fantastic holiday. Only negative is that 4pm is quite late to access the property on the first day.

Mrs Katherine M,

Lovely property. Great holiday
