Situated amidst beautiful countryside, Gresham and Lower Gresham are truly unspoilt rural villages with many lovely walks along lanes, tracks and through woodland. The villages are only five miles from the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham with the picturesque villages along the North Norfolk coast all within easy reach. Places to visit in the area include Felbrigg Hall, which is just one mile away and also nearby Blickling Hall. For ornithologists the bird reserves at Cley, Blakeney and Scolt Head are within easy driving distance. There is a pub, shop and petrol station two miles away.
A delightful country property, (complete with an Owl near to back garden), warm and cosy too. The country property was neatly set out and very easy to manage complete with an outdoor' lean too' for muddy boots, etc. ideal for walkers. Beautiful walks in near National Trust properties, especially in the Autumn. Would recommend.
A lovely cottage with everything you need for a quiet rest, including a really comfortable bed and a small peaceful garden. Lovely walks all around the small hamlet and great food up the road at the Roman Camp Gastropub ( a short drive away). Various supermarkets are only a 7 minute drive away on the outskirts of Cromer. No street lights to ruin the night sky.
This was a delightful property, very convenient, very comfortable, administered by a delightful lady who really cared about her guests.
