Reviews

The property is newly completed so everything is sparkling and clean. The situation is pleasant and beautifully peaceful. We were two couples staying together and found it ideal!

Mrs H,

The Turnip House was an absolute delight - in fact, the photos on the website don't even do it justice. When we arrived the house was spotless and had all the equipment we needed to feel really comfortable. My daughter and I had only one very tiny gripe and that was the fact that there isn't a single full length mirror....or actually any mirrors apart from those in the bathrooms. The location seemed a little hidden away at first but we soon began to get our bearings and found that it was actually a great location for exploring all of the places we wanted to go to like Holt, Blakeney, Burnham Market etc. We would certainly recommend the property and would also like to go back there another time.

Mrs E,

Lovely property finished to a very high standard. Enjoyable holiday, house lovely and warm.

Mrs D,

Map

Set in the ever-popular north Norfolk landscape, Edgefield is a rural village just a few miles outside the attractive Georgian town of Holt.  The village has an award-winning pub with spa facilities and there are plenty of walks from the door down country lanes and across bridle paths.  Holt is just a short drive away and is the place to visit for unique boutique shopping, a great food hall, antique and art galleries and numerous restaurants and cafes, all with their own unique style. Don’t forget to visit the North Norfolk Railway whilst in Holt to re-discover the romance of steam engines that run along a glorious stretch of the coast.  This part of Norfolk is a draw all year round for its coastal landscape, much of which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; it is an attraction for everyone and just a short drive away.  There are farm shops, glorious beaches, stately homes, good pubs and so much more to discover, just one visit will not be enough.
