Description

Sea Holly is one of a terrace of pretty cottages midway between the charming coastal village of East Runton and the more traditional seaside town of Cromer. Being end on to the coast the cottage unusually has views of the sea from both sides of the property, giving a light and airy feel to all the rooms. The large bay window in the sitting room, a lovely room to relax in, looks towards Cromer which is only a ten minute walk away, and the spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, a great place to gather and chat while dinner is cooking. With three generous bedrooms and an enclosed patio and parking this is an ideal property for family holidays Shop/Pub: 0.5 miles

East Runton lies on the A149 coast road between the resorts of Sheringham and Cromer. A slipway leads down to the beach where at low tide there is a wide expanse of flat sand perfect for a bracing walk, building sandcastles or playing ball games. Away from the coast is a cluster of traditional brick and flint cottages, and an attractive green and duck pond. Within the village are several small shops, two pubs and a restaurant serving meals. The area has many footpaths and the coastal path links West Runton and Cromer, which has an award winning pier, the end of the pier summer show is not to be missed.
