East Runton lies on the A149 coast road between the resorts of Sheringham and Cromer. A steepish lane leads down to the beach where at low tide there is a wide expanse of flat sand perfect for sandcastles or ball games or walks with your 4 legged friend. The beach is backed by high cliffs and there are paths into Cromer or the neighbouring village of West Runton. Away from the coast is a cluster of traditional brick and flint cottages, and an attractive green and duck pond. The village is well placed for exploring the area but if you wish to remain closer to home there are great local amenities a short walk from the Barn.

Great New Year break , helped by unseasonably hot weather. Hope to be back in the summer.

Previous Customer,

We have had a wonderful week staying at your well equipped 'home from home' barn. Location to both Sheringham and Cromer is ideal and of course the lovely East Runton beach. We have been so lucky with the weather and had the perfect half term break. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

Previous Customer,

We had a great break at Flint Barn, it's a lovely house, just a short walk from the beach with a shop and pub nearby. There's plenty to see and do within a short drive and the owner provides a great guide of the area. Definitely recommended.

Mr J,

Lovely place to stay with plenty of long or short walks with your dog. A real home from home and nice and clean. Handy having an excellent fish and chip shop and pub food.
