Old Beans Cottage is a truly wonderful place it is so peaceful and relaxing. The meadow at the rear of the property is amazing with the barn owls, red kites and buzzards, to name a few, regularly making an appearance. It is in a good location for getting to local attractions including the beach, nature reserves and Norwich. This is a place where you can arrive and feel at home straight away. A real gem.Mrs Rosie Jackson - 23rd June 2017
This Cottage has it all for wildlife and nature lovers and it is very quiet but just 3 minutes from a really nice pub.Mr David Curley - 20th June 2017
I had a great week staying in Old Beans Cottage. The cottage itself was extremely well appointed and the location provided a convenient base to visit the local coast and nature reserves from Titchwell to Cley. I also greatly enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife in the meadow immediately behind the cottage and I'd certainly recommend a stay at Old Beans Cottage to anyone wanting to visit the local area.Dr C Jones - 3rd April 2017

A beautiful and very well equipped cottage, set in stunning surroundings. We managed to catch a glimpse of two barn owls most nights as they left the box and flew over the field. The White Horse serves good food with friendly staff and we had a fun day walking to Walsingham to get the steam train to Wells, which seems to have a never ending beach!Kelly and James - 10th September 2016

This was a splendid conversion, executed to a high standard and in a most restful situation. We have holidayed in self-catering houses and apartments for many years and this was probably the best we have stayed in.Mrs Alison Luker - 19th May 2016
Our first visit to Old Beans and an enjoyable one it was. The cottage is superb and the wildlife show an exceptional extra. The owl gave us the daily flying display and for two of the days we saw Red Kites. Sammy the Stoat on three occasions, twice when it ran along the wood at the end of the patio. Weather was typically English, however missed most of the bad stuff as it was during the night. Managed walks which totaled just over 35 miles and had an encounter with hares. Great week - Many thanks.Roger & Audrey - 30th April 2016
