With light-filled living spaces and a reverse-level layout to make the most of far-reaching sea views, this bright and breezy home welcomes friends or family to the Victorian seaside resort town of Cromer, and comes complete with its own private garden for outdoor dining.

Step into this beautifully decorated coastal retreat, featuring a soothing neutral palette, light wooden tones, and contemporary furnishings. The ground floor boasts a bright and airy double bedroom, a gleaming bathroom, and a games room where kids can enjoy table football, selection of games, a TV with DVDs, and a comfortable sofa bed. Ascend to the first floor, where the lounge showcases large windows and a sliding door that frames the panoramic vistas, allowing you to appreciate them from the comfortable sofa. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for culinary adventures, then dine against the backdrop of far-reaching views at the dining area by the window. You’ll find two more bedrooms on this floor—a delightful double room and a twin room with a cot—as well as a shared shower room. Outside, indulge in al fresco dining on the patio while the children play on the expansive lawn or unwind with a refreshing drink on the balcony, soaking up the views.

Located on the outskirts of vibrant Cromer, this coastal retreat offers easy access to the town's historic pier, museum, independent shops, and dining options, all within a mile. For bucket and spade days, access the sandy beach a few hundred metres from home or enjoy scenic cliff-top walks right from your doorstep. Exploring further along the coast, the family-friendly beach of Sheringham (4 miles) and the charming market town of Holt (10 miles inland) offer additional attractions, shops, and eateries. For a memorable boat trip, venture to Morston Quay (14 miles) and embark on a journey to Blakeney National Nature Reserve, home to a variety of seabirds and a fascinating seal colony.

The house was perfect for us (4) adults. It was a 15 minute meander into Cromer. The views from the sitting room were spectacular. The house had everything you could need.

The photos on the website are not all accurate and need updating. Furniture and layout in bedrooms have changed. The playroom has been re-carpeted and had a furniture change. The upstairs bathroom has had a total revamp, so looks completely different. Otherwise, it was lovely. The downstairs mattress was very soft, to the point of being uncomfortabRead morele. Don't know how hard it is to fix, but the floorboards upstairs are incredibly creaky. Difficult to move around quietly when children are in bed or people are sleeping downstairs. Hide

There were a couple of issues with equipment in the property. The dishwasher had a recurring problem (reported to owner) and the washing machine was full of very smelly stagnant water - we had to run a couple of cycles to get rid of the smell before we could use it.
