Situated just a short distance from the beach, promenade, famous Cromer Pier. You will not be short of something to do here with the shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafe's all walking distance away. Flat 1 Trent House provides the perfect bolthole for 4 in the popular seaside town of Cromer.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers stylish living accommodation. The living/dining space has French doors which lead out to the charming enclosed garden (down a few steps) which guests can enjoy during their stay. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, meanwhile bedroom 2 is a twin room so this property is ideal as a family getaway or for a couple looking for a bit more space for their getaway.

Parking: Private parking for 1 car in front of the garage door, number 1. There is also roadside parking nearby.

Cromer is a great seaside resort and popular year-round, drawing visitors back time and again.  It has a good beach, great promenade with traditional entertainment such as pitch and putt, the famous Cromer Pier itself featuring year-round shows, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, cliff-top golf at The Royal Cromer Golf Club, multi-screen cinema, Amazona Zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire and plenty of shops and restaurants.  The town is set on the cliff tops with plenty of walking available on the Norfolk Coast Path offering great views along the coast and out to sea.  There is something here for everyone, making Cromer an ideal location for family or friends'  holidaying together and looking for that blast of fresh sea air!
