Be inspired by the fantastic light and space found in stylish Band of Hope Hall, behind this front door there is something truly special. Impressive lofty vaulted ceilings, double height glazed walls and cool interiors are all part of the open plan living area. Look out to the courtyard garden, a perfect sun trap for outside dining and on warmer days open up the wall to wall windows and bring the outside in. The separate good sized kitchen is well equipped and benefits from underfloor heating. Spend cosy evenings curled up on the sofa in front of the contemporary wood burner and enjoy quality family time in this amazing space.
This modernized family home has a fascinating history. Most recently being converted into an art studio for contemporary artist Vanda Harvey, it was originally commissioned by Cromer Band of Hope Temperance movement as a lecture hall to educate the community to control their alcohol consumption! A brass plaque and original wall mural inside is a reminder of its past.
With most of the accommodation on the ground floor you can climb the wooden stairs to the master bedroom mezzanine suite with contemporary glass balustrades, huge Velux windows and many original features. A suspended sail overhead sets the tone of this sea side property, situated as it is in a town known for its fishing history. Band of Hope Hall is in a perfect location with just a 5 minute walk to Cromer town centre, beach and iconic Pier. Shop/Pub: within walking distance

It is just a short walk from Band of Hope Hall into the lovely coastal town of Cromer. A popular destination on the North Norfolk coast, known for its traditional Victorian buildings, shops, promenade and Pier. There is plenty to do, see what's on at the Pavilion Theatre, discover the R.N.L.I Lifeboat Station, take the children crabbing and experience the numerous local pubs and restaurants. The beach makes for great family days out and you could also sample the local fish and chips or maybe an ice cream too! There are lots of places to unearth along the North Norfolk coast. The next door town of Sheringham, has many independent shops, you can also catch a steam or diesel train here at the Poppy Line railway for an enjoyable run along the coast to the quintessential Georgian town of Holt. Peruse in the boutique shops and delis or visit one of the art galleries and antique shops. Norfolk has some lovely stately homes including the close by Felbrigg Hall where you can wander around the beautiful walled gardens and house and stop in the café for a pot of tea or even a delicious lunch.
Stunning property in a great location. Had a lovely airy and light feel but still felt homely. Perfect for a family break by the seaside
