Holly Cottage is a grade 2 listed, detached property.  Records show that is was built in the 18th century and is constructed of brick and flint. The house has lots of charm, flagged floors in places and a fascinating history. Situated in the centre of Cromer it has the benefit of off road parking, an enclosed garden and a short walk to Cromer Pier and beach. A perfect spot for a seaside holiday. Shops/Pubs: all within walking distance

Cromer is a delightful seaside town, packed with some great examples of Victorian architecture. Famous for its Pier and end of Pier show, great beaches and delicious Cromer crabs there really is nowhere better to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday. The town has great facilities with some first class restaurants, award winning fish and chip shops and an abundance of individual shops, a cinema and of course is host to one of Norfolk's renowned festivals.
