A visit to Cromer once made is not easily forgotten. This delightful Victorian seaside resort is, perhaps surprisingly for Norfolk, a cliff top town with all the heritage and tradition you would expect. It has a well-known Pier with seasonal year-round shows, our famous Cromer crab is brought ashore here by the local fishing fleet and golf, tennis, squash, the Lifeboat Museum, a local history museum and a multiplex cinema are all here to experience. If you are looking for a good walk, take the coastal path and if you have the energy climb to the top of Cromer church tower, the tallest in Norfolk, to get a bird's eye view of this lovely landscape. With such delights as Sheringham, Weybourne, the National Trust Felbrigg Estate and the charming Georgian town of Holt also nearby, there is much to discover in this great corner of north Norfolk.

Perfect for 8 adults. The wood burner was well used as was the pool table. Even though it was cold & snowy outside, the house was lovely & warm . If we visited Cromer again we would definitely stay there. Walking distance to the town.Mrs ELIZABETH THOMSON - 9th March 2018

Lismore House is a lovely spacious property situated very centrally in Cromer, but in a quiet leafy street. It is close to the shops and the beach is also very easy to reach on foot. Mrs E J Holland - 11th January 2018

Fantastic coastline with excellent walks, pubs and places to eat with with your dog(s). Lismore House has an excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the beach, Red Lion (thoroughly recommended for great food & dog friendly) and other great eating places. Jump in the car and you are within reach of the salt flats for a bit of bird watching & walking or, if you prefer, some lovely shopping in Holt. After an exhausting day it was nice to go back to a lovely comfortable house with everything needed to hand and a comfy bed to sleep in.Mrs D Jones - 19th March 2017
