Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, Amazona zoo, indoor children's playbarn, Kart Track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views.

Reviews

We have really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is so well equipped and made it so much easier to enjoy a holiday with a 3 and 1 year old. We loved playing (and swimming) at Cromer beach, the steam train at Sheringham, the chips, the pirate play area at the seafront, the swimming pool at Sheringham, Wells next the Sea, and the RNLI museum was great, even for a 3 year old. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Houghton family ,

Lovely and very clean cottage in great location.

Mr Gero Schipmann,

We were looking for a very last minute getaway (our arrival date was that day!) From my initial phone call, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Within a few minutes of explaining what we wanted, I’d received an email containing links of lots of available properties to choose from. After making a short choice, I called back and within the hour we had booked and we’re on our way to what turned out to be a lovely cottage! We had direct contact from the owner too, with extra information - he was determined that while we had booked at short notice, we would still get the full pre arrival treatment. I’d highly recommend Norfolk Country Cottages.

Mrs Katherine Hesketh,

We have a really lovely stay in Coastguards Cottage over the New Year period. The Cottage is the perfect location, easy parking and access to the best that North Norfolk has to offer! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is very spacious and a lovely shower! Matt and Abby were great with communication and really nice people to deal with. We will definitely be returning!

Ms Charlotte Brooks,

What a perfect autumn hideaway for our half-term family holiday. The house is wonderfully equipped for a young family which made for a stressless travel and stay.

The Batchelor Party,
