We have had a fabulous week away - thinking we should have had 2! The cottage has been a fabulous base while we've been off exploring Holkham Beach, Blickling Estate, West Runton and the local village. The kids loved our trip to Bewilderwood - definitely worth a visit if they like climbing! Had dinner out at The Three Swallows a couple of times which was really yummy and good vegetarian selection. I'm sure we will be back as there is so much more to see and do! Thanks for allowing us to use the cottage - it is a real home from home!Hills and Prior Families - 5th August 2016
Enjoyed walks at Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall, Holkham beach to Wells beach and back through pine trees, out on the bank at Burnham Overy Staithe. Good food at The Anchor and Hunny Bell (both dog friendly). Lovely to be back in Cley which we find very good location - not too far from Holt. If you are keen on gardens East Ruston Old Vicarage is a real treat - we hadn't visited before and they are most impressive - a little way from here but well worth the drive - delicious cakes too! Fresh milk much appreciated - Thank you. The water is almost too hot! Boring admin - think bottles now acceptable in green bin - see NNDC website. Have brought replacement door mat as naughty Freya (the dog) chewed old one - apologies! Would love to return if we are allowed! Many Thanks The Marshall Family and Freya the dog - 28th July 2016
