There is an excellent selection of quality shops as well as good restaurants and pubs. Nature reserves are at Titchwell, Holme and Cley, and there are golf courses at Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham. Good sailing can be enjoyed at Brancaster, Blakeney and Burnham Overy Staithe, with wonderful country and coastal walks. The wide, sandy beaches of Holkham are three miles distant.
