There is excellent walking and cycling along quiet lanes with many footpaths to explore. The sea and coastal marshes are only six miles away and two magnificent sandy beaches backed with pine woods with plenty of walks and cycle trails can be found a little further along the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham; easily accessible in a short drive.
