Nestled in peaceful countryside, enjoying uninterrupted field views and quiet country lanes at the doorstep, two-bedroomed St Andrews Prospect offers delightful open-plan accommodation in a perfect spot to truly relax, unwind and switch off. Furthermore, this area is a paradise for walkers or cyclists. The Heydon, Wood Dalling and Salle loops are three new local cycle routes and Marriott’s Way – 26 miles of signposted pathways for walkers, cyclists and horseriders, with many specially created circular routes, runs along the path of the old Victorian railway lines between the market town of Aylsham and Norwich – recently described as ‘Britains most Tudor city.’ There is much else to see and do in the area. Nearby, the charming market town of Reepham has a range of small independent shops and places to eat and drink and the village of Heydon offers a pub, restaurant and renowned tearoom. There are great Houses and Gardens to visit. The beaches and villages of the North Norfolk coast and The Broads are within easy striking distance by car. Indeed, the property is well-sited for access to all that North Norfolk has to offer. Retreat at the end the end of a busy day to the tranquillity of St Andrews Prospect. One question remains: will one visit be enough? Shop/Pub: 3 miles

Wood Dalling is a quiet Norfolk village within peaceful countryside. There are cycle paths and footpaths aplenty and the area is festooned with wildlife: hare and deer roam the fields, birds of prey take to the skies, game birds congregate around the hedgerows. St Andrew’s church is visible across the fields and within a short car ride there are plenty of places to stock up on provisions or get a good bite to eat. The pretty hamlet of Heydon is within a cycle ride with its lovely tea room, popular pub and beautiful village green. On Friday evenings during busier months there is a pizzeria cooking to order. Reepham and Aylsham, both historic market towns, are within easy reach, each offering local shops, pubs, libraries and places of interest. Aylsham also has two supermarkets and a petrol station. The Norfolk Broads are about a thirty minute drive and well worth a visit – explore on foot or hire a boat for the day to truly experience the area from afloat. The North Norfolk beaches and coastal villages where the sky meets the sea are also within short reach. For history lovers, delight equally in the treasures of the fine City of Norwich or the architecture and manicured gardens of National Trust properties at Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall.
We have had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. The cottage is lovely, very cosy. Thank you for everything
This is the most lovely place I have ever stayed in.
A lovely relaxing holiday, in the middle of nowhere! We will be back.
Perfect location for walking. We have discovered many interesting buildings, churches, villages, pubs - all in a five mile radius. Also easy to get to the seaside - Cromer, Sheringham and Wells are our favourite places. Lovely cottage, restful position, super welcome...Thankyou. We LOVE Norfolk and we hope that all that follow our stay here do too...
The cottage is finished to a very high spec, with lots of lovely finishing touches making it very homely. So peaceful and quiet. We have enjoyed a restful week here, away from the hustle and bustle at home. Nice base to explore North Norfolk.
A cosy cottage, well-equipped and well-positioned for access to lovely places.
