Whitwell is a hidden hamlet tucked away on the fringes of north Norfolk and close to the stylish Georgian market town of Reepham, which has some excellent facilities. For train buffs, Whitwell & Reepham Heritage Railway is nearby, as is Marriott’s Way, 26 miles of wonderful walking or cycling that stretches from Aylsham to Norwich. Explore The Broads National Park to the east, which is less than half an hour away, and has 125 miles of waterways and nature trails to enjoy. A day at the beach is less than an hour away and there are some famous, historic houses in the area at Blickling and Felbrigg. Dotted with farm shops, great pubs and market towns, as well as easy access to Norwich, Whitwell is a wonderful spot to discover the beautiful county of Norfolk.
