Important - please note: the property is situated in the grounds of a working farm with outdoor pigs. Please do not touch the pigs. Welly boots are advised for times when it gets wet and muddy. Guests are only permitted to access areas dedicated to the cottage and it is the guest's responsibility to ensure they supervise children at all times. 

Swanton Novers is a peaceful village surrounded by meadows and ancient woodlands. The area has an abundance of footpaths and quiet country lanes ideal for walking and cycling. The Georgian market town of Holt with its boutique shops, well-known food hall, café culture, art galleries and antique shops is a very short drive away. Discover the charming villages of Blakeney, Cley-next-the-Sea and drop in to the village store at Stiffkey for a coffee and a peruse of the fabulous homewares! A little further up the coast you will find fabulous sandy beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham, backed by pinewoods under huge Norfolk skies. Whilst here visit Holkham Hall and deer park, the seat of the Earls of Leicester, this beautiful Palladian mansion is a sight not to be missed.
