Modern facilities have not been overlooked, with a spacious kitchen breakfast room where you can rustle up a meal using all Norfolk's local produce, and two well-appointed bath/shower rooms. The magnificent tower of Salle Church can be seen rising above the surrounding countryside from many miles away, this large church stands at the side of a classic village green where cricket is played on Sunday afternoons. Salle, pronounced Saul, is today a small hamlet ten miles south west of Norwich, locally it is well known for the plantations of Christmas tree grown by Salle Farm Estate. Close by is the larger village of Reepham, which has a market on a Wednesday, a library, a butchers and several good pubs and cafes serving excellent food. The area is great for walking or cycling, the Marriotts Way is a twenty six mile footpath, cycle track and bridle way which follows the track of two former railways lines between Aylsham and Norwich.

An excellent and very individual property with a high standard throughout. Brilliant location for getting to the Norfolk coastal attractions. Rev Nicholas Elder - 17th September 2018
We have had a truly relaxing Christmas! It has been so lovely listening to the log fire crackling and looking out at hares and pheasants. The boys Bertie and Henry have loved running around in the garden, while we have just enjoyed the peace and relaxation. Wonderful comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and lovely showers. Ready for 2018!The Ladson Family - 29th December 2017
Sad to leave this cosy cottage in such a beautiful location. We have all had a great time in this beautiful part of the country. Our dog particularly loved the vast expanses of sandy beaches. Many thanks also for the delicious mince pies, much appreciated by all. Peter, Carol, Georgina, James, Rachel & Rowan the dog - 8th December 2017
very comfortable with home comfortsMrs B A Gibbons - 23rd August 2017
The six of us have had such a lovely week here in Keepers Cottage, very comfortable and clean with lots of warm evenings to enjoy in the garden. Many thanks for the delicious cake! We've had lovely days at the beach in Great Yarmouth and Cromer, and were even lucky enough to enjoy spectacular show from the Red Arrows at the Cromer Carnival. We also enjoyed visiting places such as Aylsham, Reepham, Sheringham and Norwich. Thank you for such a lovely base for our explorations! The Wells & Gibbons Families - 19th August 2017
Thank you for the goodies. This is excellent in every way - just what was needed to accomodate seven of us. The grandchildren loved the swing. We have enjoyed our stay at Keepers Cottage, visited the Bell at Cawston, The Kings Cross at Reepham and the Dial House at Reepham, all good food - Dial House the best. The dogs loved chasing each other in the garden. We would like to return here. Thank you to the owners for a lovely cottage. The Sherwood Family & 2 dogs - 3rd June 2017
