The Old School House is modern, well presented and fully equipped single story annexe. As the name suggests, it was an old school house which has been refurbished to create a cosy getaway for couples to enjoy. You can still see the children’s markings on the outside wall in the courtyard. The courtyard is a south facing suntrap and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or a cold glass of wine in the summer evenings. Just a short walk and you’re in the centre of Reepham, an attractive market town with independent local shops, pubs and cafes. Make this comfortable bolt hole your base for exploring the north Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park or the cathedral city of Norwich. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance.

Reepham is a small market town, between the Bure and Wensum valleys, which has been designated a Conservation Area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and there is a good selection of independent local shops, two good pubs and a market in the main square every Wednesday. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriotts Way on the outskirts of the town, which is a great 26 mile path running between Norwich and Aylsham. The beautiful north Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park and the historic city of Norwich are all a short distance away.
A charming small cottage for two, very well appointed and spotless. The enclosed patio garden was a delight. Perfected placed for trips to country and coast.
This is a very comfortable and well presented property, with it's own little courtyard garden. There are two little supermarkets in very easy walking distance and Reepham is very central and well situated for touring in all directions. We had a lovely two week stay in this property and would certainly recommend it.
Lovely cottage furnished to the highest standard and in a lovely location. The owners made us feel very welcome and the local amenities are just a short walk away. We will definitely be returning again
A lovely property in a lovely market town. An excellent base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside.
The cottage is in a lovely village location with plenty of amenities, well positioned for days out throughout Norfolk. The cottage is maintained to a high standard and includes a lovely private courtyard garden.
The Old School House is a gem! Equipped to a very high standard and perfect for 2 looking for a well situated, comfortable break. Would highly recommend and will definitely revisit.
Very high standard of decoration / fittings / furnishings. Welcoming hosts. Good central location to enable both visits to inland attractions and within a half hour drive to the coast so the best of both worlds. Reepham has a cosy feel - a pub at either end plus local shops in the market square. Choice of two well stocked food / provision stores. Local recreation ground to exercise your dog. All very good.
We had a fantastic holiday. We have never been to Norfolk and we wanted a cottage centrally located so we could explore the North Norfolk coast, the Broads and Norwich. The cottage met all our requirements, being spotlessly clean, and well equipped, nice courtyard and garden to eat outside. The owners, Peter and Judy made us very welcome, were very friendly but not intrusive, they own a garden center in near by Bawdswell which is well worth a visit. We were very impressed with Norfolk and will probably visit again. We would definitely stay at the Old School House again
Cottage done out to a very High standard and Peter the host made us very welcome. Definitely one of the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in.
This cottage was perfect for visiting family and friends in Norfolk. A lovely tidy, clean, compact cottage with a sun trapped enclosed patio area. The town of Reepham had a range of shops and pubs (some open some closed due to Covid restrictions) A fantastic network of cycle and walking routes along disused railway lines and footpaths. This is a cottage we will definitely be revisiting for sure.
