Set within glorious Norfolk countryside on the owner's working farm with footpaths to explore and enjoy; Marriott's Way a wonderful off-road cycling and walking experience is linked to the property via a footpath. The nearby traditional market town of Aylsham offers good local shopping, pubs and restaurants, with the National Trust's Blicking Hall and park virtually on the doorstep. There are some very good pubs and restaurants in the local area, which are definitely worth a visit. Shop/Pub: 2 miles

The small village of Oulton nestles peacefully into the rural Norfolk landscape and is situated close to the traditional market town of Aylsham with the Georgian market town of Holt slightly further afield. A super location for exploring Norfolk as the Norfolk Broads at Coltishall, the National Trust sites of Blicking Hall and Felbrigg, Cromer and Sheringham are all close by. If walking and cycling are your passion, you can cycle to Norwich from your doorstep via Marriott's way; an off road walking and cycling path that follows the old railway line. There are some very good pubs and restaurants in the area, which are definitely worth a visit.
