Lyng is a rural village situated in the heart of Norfolk. It is part of The Wensum Valley, named after the river, which flows through the picturesque countryside and provides excellent fishing opportunities. Horse riding and a country club with indoor bowls are available in the village, which also has a shop and a pub. The area is great for both cycling and walking, with a network of country lanes, and Sparham Pools Nature Reserve is close by and provides excellent walks and bird watching. The fine city of Norwich is just thirteen miles away and there are many attractions in the area to suit all ages.

Excellent property for 2 families sharing. Couldn’t fault anything, garden round the back perfect for BBQ and children to play and plenty of parking. Beautiful, quiet location and not far from supermarket.
