A luxurious and very impressive barn with exceptional spaces and stunning interiors, Old Oaks Barn, built in the late 1700’s, certainly qualifies as one of the best barns in the locality and it is yours to enjoy for a few restful days. The barn is a wonderful setting for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or just the sheer joy of life. Revel in the heart of the barn with its beams, bespoke lighting, and double-sided wood burner. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and perfect for preparing celebratory meals for special occasions. Take time to relax and enjoy a spa-type experience in the steam room and in the evenings, there is a hot tub for you to enjoy. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with its own private patio that overlooks the garden, and the third bedroom is up in the eaves of the barn and overlooks the spectacular living space. The main bathroom with its marble surrounded bath and zebra print sofa is the perfect spot for bubbles in the bath and champagne in the glass and two additional shower rooms are also available. The gardens feature a pergola, and the countryside setting will take you away from it all for a while. Old Oaks Barn is a truly special holiday home, and you would be forgiven for never wanting to leave this sumptuous space. Shops/Pub: 1.5 miles

Old Oaks Barn is close to the celebrated Georgian market town of Reepham, which has been designated a Conservation Area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive properties line the hub of the town and there are two excellent spots to eat here, The Dial House and The Kings Arms. Independent local shops surround Market Place and on the outskirts of the town there is a small supermarket. Marriott's Way is close by and offers lovely walks and cycling routes both here and in the surrounding countryside beyond. With the beautiful North Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park and the fine city of Norwich, all just a short drive away, you will not be lacking in things to do.
