Hingham is an attractive market town and is well known for the handsome Georgian buildings that line its main streets, home to a variety of thriving independent shops, tea rooms and excellent pubs who champion the use of local produce, which Norfolk is justifiably famous for. The village is 17 miles from the county town of Norwich and the surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling and walking with a web of pretty country lanes. Hingham and the local area is one of Norfolk's hidden gems and well worth a visit.
