Church View is a traditional brick and flint dog-friendly cottage set in a quiet lane overlooking an impressive 14th Century Medieval Church. Perfect for couples or smaller families the cottage is perfect for dog-lovers with practical flooring throughout the downstairs areas and has two cosy wood burners, one in each room where you and your four-legged friends can curl-up after a busy day! The kitchen/diner is a lovely spot to sit; enjoy chatting with friends whilst the chef conjures up supper in the galley kitchen. A second living area is ideal for curling up in front of the fire whilst the garden room is a super place to sit, novel in hand or simply to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple. The cottage gardens are made up of two areas; a pretty courtyard and cottage garden immediately to the rear with the scent of climbing roses and beyond you will discover a fully enclosed lawned garden; a perfect spot to relax and unwind or enjoy picnics amongst the fruit trees. Garden: Fully enclosed garden with courtyard, there is a pretty cottage garden with hydrangeas, hibiscus and roses leading to a large lawned area with fruit and cob-nut trees with a table and bench seating. Outhouse houses washer/dryer. Please note that the adjoining cottage has a pedestrian right of way across the rear of the garden path.courtyard area, typical of this type of Victorian cottage.
Parking: Roadway parking available for 2 cars
Heating: Wall mounted heaters. Two woodburners, immersion heater providing hot water and upstairs radiators are heated from the woodburners in the winter months.

The village itself has a village hall that opens its doors on the first friday of the month to host a Pub night for all to enjoy.
