The attractive market town of Fakenham is a short drive away, with its racecourse, shops, bowling alley, cinema, restaurants and pubs and a Thursday market which should not be missed. Pensthorpe, is a great day out for all ages and is just 3 miles south east of Fakenham. Extreeme Woodland High Ropes Adventure Course is eight miles away if you're feeling daring, and National Cycle Routes 1 & 2 are just two of the routes that are in the locality and they will certainly test your staying power. Reviews

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of accommodation. We had everything we could wish for in terms of bedding and towels. The property was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely shower with unlimited hot water - handy for a family all wanting to wash at the same time. There were lots of hidden extras too - washing powder, tea and coffee, even bird food. We were very happy with our stay. Lots of beautiful sandy beaches to choose from with very shallow water for kids to enjoy. Everything you could want for and more.Mrs Deborah Lait - 26th August 2017
Fabulous cottage with everything you need in it except a phone signal. Comfortable bed, very quiet location but ideal for walkers.Mrs Sarah Elliott - 9th October 2016
