Helhoughton is a small village surrounded by attractive countryside. A peaceful location that has very good access to the North Norfolk Coast, the coastal villages of Wells, Burnham Market and Brancaster and the sandy beaches of Thornham and Holme. The RSPB site at Titchwell offers wonderful bird-watching opportunities, and the Hawk & Owl Trust at Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve is close by. The attractive market town of Fakenham is a short drive away, with its racecourse, shops, bowling alley, cinema, restaurants and pubs and a Thursday market which should not be missed. Pensthorpe is a great day out for all ages and is just 3 miles south east of Fakenham. Extreeme Woodland High Ropes Adventure Course is eight miles away if you're feeling daring, and National Cycle Routes 1 & 2 are just two of the routes that are in the locality and they will certainly test your staying power. A great location for a holiday at any time of the year with lots to see and do.

The property was lovely and cosy. We would use the chapel again, had a lovely time.Miss Jade Rowe - 5th April 2018
Our stay at the Old Chapel was fantastic. We had everything that we needed within the perfect space. The furnishings are good and comfortable and we felt very much at home. The village is quiet and there are some lovely pubs to eat out in just a short drive away. A very pretty part of the country indeed and we will definitely be back.Mr Andrew Masson - 20th March 2018
