If you’re looking for a quiet escape from a busy life, surrounded by countryside in rural Norfolk then the hunt is over. A stay at the beautiful White House offers high quality, country living and comfort in abundance. The original cottage has been sympathetically extended to provide further accommodation and communal space catering to extended families or groups of friends. There are two double bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) and a single bedroom in the original part of the house and an additional two double bedrooms upstairs in the extension. The kitchen with its farmhouse styling is bright and well-equipped and has access to a sheltered patio; just the spot for long, lazy breakfasts in the morning sun. The open plan living, dining area with woodburning stove is the ideal place to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Bi-folding doors open out onto another sunny patio with views over open fields. The large, lawned garden is perfect alfresco dining, letting the children run about and is fully enclosed so your four-legged friends are safe too. A great location to explore the famous Norfolk beaches and is ideal for walking and cycling in this peaceful part of the country. Shop/Pub: 2 miles

Guestwick is a delightful North Norfolk village surrounded by open, peaceful countryside. There are cycle paths and footpaths aplenty and the area is festooned with wildlife: hare and deer roam the fields, birds of prey take to the skies, game birds congregate around the hedgerows. Take a trip to the lovely market town of Reepham, which is just 4 miles away and has a range of quaint shops, eateries and pubs. The central location of Guestwick makes it a great base to explore all Norfolk has to offer, from the historic city of Norwich with its striking Castle, to the beautiful and vast North Norfolk coastline, known for its rich and diverse wildlife, beaches and stunning coastal walks. Pensthorpe Natural Park, as featured in BBC's Springwatch, is only a 20 minute drive and Blickling Hall and Park with a vast lake and over 950 acres of woodland and parkland just 9 miles away.
Absolutely amazing property. Loved our stay at ‘The White House’ would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Really lovely helpful owners.
What a lovely place to stay - the log burner in the living room is amazing. The bedrooms all have nice linen and towels provided. The Sonos sound system is fabulous. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay in The White House.
