We've enjoyed a wonderful week at Tone's Cottage. It's our second visit to this part of Norfolk and again we completely lucked out with the weather - warm and even some sunshine whilst the rest of the country was thunderstorming. Beach at Mundesley is lovely. Pensthorpe is worth a visit for both parents (wildlife and tranquility) and children (trails and adventure playground). National Trust at Blickling is well worth a visit - great walks and extensive gardens. For the children Bewilderwood was excellent, very different to most adventure playgrounds and fun for grown ups too but the stand out winner was The Dinosaur Park. The children have spent two years, since our last visit, talking about it and pleasingly our return visit didn't disappoint - loads to do and who doesn't love dinosaurs!! Closer to home The Little Chippy is worth a go - fine fish and chips and various other things. Tone's Cottage itself is comfortable and well equipped, the children have had fun in the twin room and we all leave with fond memories. Thank you LindaThe Moss Family - 2nd June 2018
Cottage very quiet and very comfortable beds. Made the most of every day with visits to Thursford - fantastic wurlitzer! Sandringham, Oxburgh Hall and Blickling Hall, Wells-next-the-Sea very charming. Burnham Market has the most fabulous hat shop. Friendly and helpful village shop and excellent meals at The Blue Boar. TV reception fine all week.Christine and Bernard - 9th September 2017
Lovely stay in the comfortable cottage. Great position for visits all across North Norfolk. We like walking so plenty of options around. Would recommend Holkham Park (it's huge!), Holt Country Park (good circular walk to south - didn't make it round - maybe next time) and Blakeney to Cley. Very friendly in The Blue Boar down the road, and lovely atmosphere and food (though bit pricey for a family budget - still we're on holiday!). left a cafetiere for future useStella, bob and Callum Renwick - 29th July 2017
Nice clean cottage, well equipped and very well placed for exploring North Norfolk and beyond. Highly recommended trips are: Blickling Estate (NT), Holkham Hall and beach, Sea Palling beach, seal watching at Blakeney Point. Nigel, Clare, Daisy and Charlie - 22nd July 2017

Our return jot - our third time at Tone's Cottage, on arrival we were again pleased to find milk and cake - Thank you! On our earlier visit we went to Pensthorpe which was an interesting place - well worth visiting. Blakeney Point boat trip to see the seals was a most memorable day out. We certainly find this cottage central to places of interest, always lovely and clean here and hope to make our fourth visit next year!Marilyn and Stephen Rogers - 20th August 2016
Enjoyed a week of lovely sunny weather with only the odd shower. A good location to explore and we particularly liked Sandringham, Old Hunstanton, the tea shop at Castle Acre and the shops and harbour at Wells. Thank you for the chocolate cake! The Bray Family - 30th July 2016
