East Harling cottages
East Harling lies close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border and is well placed for visiting many attractions. Just a five minute drive brings you to Thetford Forest and the Brecks, where an abundance of flora and fauna, including red and roe deer, can be seen as you walk or cycle along the many woodland paths.
Less than fifteen minutes in the car will take you to Bressingham Steam Museum, St. Georges Whisky Distillery, Snetterton Race Track, Banham Zoo, the World Horse Welfare Centre, Knettishall Heath Country Park, Redgrave and Lopham Fen Nature Reserve, home of the rare raft spider, and the start of the Peddars Way long distance footpath. The historic city of Norwich, with its cathedral, over fifty medieval churches, riverside walks and boat trips is just over twenty miles away, along with The Broads.
