This gorgeous cottage in the small hamlet of Corpusty is ideal for couples, families or friends looking for a tranquil holiday in the beautiful Norfolk countryside and within easy reach of the stunning coastline. Less than three miles from the property is the house and garden of Mannington Estate, with its wide variety of habitats on a network of trails into ancient and coppice woodland, wildflower meadows accessible by boardwalk and an arboretum of native trees.

A characterful and cosy two-storey property where you can unwind in the peace and quiet of the cottage and surrounds. As soon as you enter, your eye will be taken by the exposed beams and the bold colours in the decor, which bring vibrant energy. On the ground floor, the comfortable sitting room is inviting, and you can snuggle on the sofas, watch the Smart TV and listen to the logs crackle in the wood burner in cooler weather. The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances to cook up a storm and has a dining area to linger over memorable meals. A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard. Upstairs has a family bathroom and two bedrooms - one double and one twin. Outside you’ll find an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, making this a lovely spot for a drink.

Little London is in attractive countryside, just south of the River Bure and is perfectly placed to enjoy the riches of Norfolk both north and south. Nature lovers must visit Cley-next-the-Sea (10.5 miles) and explore the marshes. History buffs can discover the Jacobean mansion and gardens at Blicking Hall (5 miles) near Aylsham. The heritage Bure Valley Railway runs from Aylsham (6.5 miles) directly into The Broads National Park, ending at the elegant Georgian market town of Wroxham. The nearby coast offers some lovely beaches, and Cromer, Sheringham and Weybourne are less than 15 miles away.

A compact, clean and cosy cottage. Quiet location yet a short drive from the coast. Pub and shop a short walk away. My son and I had our bikes with us and the quiet roads were ideal for restful touring around. A useful folder at the cottage provided information on the local area. Norfolk Cottages were very efficient to deal with.

A wonderful comfortable cottage in a fantastic location. Easy access to the coast and exploring the beautiful countryside and parkland in the area. Situated on the very edge of the village was ideal for great dog walks along the quiet country lanes.

Probably the most spotlessly clean holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Lovely location if you crave peace and quiet (2 cars went past at rush hour on Monday-that quiet!), very comfortable beds and sofas too and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook full meals. Not too far in the car to main towns and beaches & little shop in vilRead morelage useful. Absolutely great service from Original Cottages throughout too - we will be back. Loved it, thanks Hide
