A lovely bolthole for 3 guests, Waterside is nestled in the village of Ditchingham which lies on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Stress-free holidays are easy here with the property being well-equipped to offer everything you need for your self-catering stay.
This property offers an open plan style living and dining area, perfect for enjoying time together, as well as, a fully equipped kitchen. Bifold doors lead out into the garden and welcome you onto the patio area – an ideal space for relaxing after a day exploring. The garden is a quiet oasis furnished with outdoor seating so whether it is alfresco dining or an evening tipple, it is a great space to unwind. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite shower room and one with a single raised cabin bed with use of the family bathroom.
Location-wise, the property is found amongst a small development of modern, mews style homes and within the lovely countryside village of Ditchingham. This property also benefits from being located on the outskirts of the historic market town of Bungay and is just a short scenic walk into the town. Ditchingham boasts a local shop and post office, whilst a short 20 minute walk into Bungay offers plenty of amenities for your stay, including several great pubs, a café, takeaways, delicatessen and independent shops. If you are looking to spend a day at the coast, then the very popular seaside town of Southwold or award-winning sandy beach at Lowestoft are both within 20 miles. The picturesque town of Aldeburgh famous for its fish & chips is only 40 minutes by car and the historic city of Norwich is a 30 minute drive.

Sitting room area: Comfortable seating, Bose speaker and smart television with access to streaming services. Dining area: With table and chairs for four people. Bifold doors lead out from the sitting area into the garden.

The market town of Bungay lies within the Waveney Valley on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Here you will find many Suffolk gems including, Fen Farm Dairy; A family owned farm producing delectable dairy treats, from their herd of Montbeliarde cows. Neighbouring Beccles is just a short 10 minute drive away and plays host to many independent shops and restaurants.
