Crossways Barn is a contemporary conversion of a traditional brick and flint barn, situated on a working farm yet within easy reach of village facilities. Exposed flint walls and a vaulted, timbered ceiling add great character; there is a spacious conservatory which opens out onto the garden and a ground floor double bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase rises to a twin-bedded room set under the beams. Crossways Barn is an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk coastal area and makes a truly welcoming and comfortable home from home. Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.3 miles

Briston is a thriving village and the perfect starting point for a North Norfolk holiday. It has good every-day facilities and the Georgian town of Holt with a wider selection of shops, restaurants and cafe's is only 4 miles away, via a pretty, woodland drive. From Holt you can take the popular Poppy Line Steam Railway to Sheringham or be on the coast at Cromer within a 20-minute drive. Felbrigg Hall and Blicking Hall both run by the National Trust, Pensthorpe Natural Park, Amazona Zoo, the Thursford Collection and The Muckleburgh Collection are all within half an hour's drive. There is plenty to enjoy from Crossways Barn that will delight and entertain.
Lovely weekend for exploring the Norfolk Coast to which the property is ideally located.
We've enjoyed a good week with excellent weather and the barn has proved very convenient and well equipped.
A lovely short break in a great location. The barn is full of character and very well equipped.
We have had a wonderful & relaxing time away in the beautiful Crossways Barn. It was cosy, quiet, calm & had every amenity we could have needed.
Ideal base for going out and about. Comfortable, quiet and characterful. Recommend Hunworth Bell for dinner, the Henry Moore exhibition at Houghton Hall was stunning. Love North Norfolk.
A lovely stay in an ideally located cottage for rediscovering old haunts and finding new ones!
The Barn is a lovely 'Home from Home' very well equipped. The kids loved their mezzanine bedroom and we enjoyed playing 'Sequence' A blustery weak but it didn't stop us from exploring Holt, Sheringham, Wells & Cromer. A very well located base. Would love to return.
