The Cow Barn is a recent conversion of a former farm building built in 1852, many original features have been retained, and the building now provides comfortable, spacious accommodation. There are three comfortable bedrooms one with en-suite facilities. The sitting dining room is a garden room style space, which opens on to a lovely south facing court yard garden complete with banana trees. The unique feature of this lovely property is a family /games room in the main barn, complete with a mezzanine area where you will find a snooker table and some comfortable seating. The small village of Banningham lies between Norwich and the coast. There is an attractive old pub in the centre with the market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham within three miles. The village offers a good base from which to visit many different parts of Norfolk including the beautiful coastline, the renowned Broads and the fine city of Norwich. Local attractions include fishing lakes and The Bure Valley narrow gauge steam railway, where cycle hire is also available.
